SENECA COLLEGE ANTI-RACISM POLICY
Discrimination/Harassment
1. "It is the policy of Seneca College that all employees and student have a right to work and study in an environment
that asserts the personal worth and dignity of each individual. Seneca College will not tolerate any form of Discrimination/harassment
in its employment, education,accommodation or business Policies dealing"
2. All Student " have the right to be free from discrimination/harassment on the basis of race ancestry, place of
origin, color, ethnic origin, language or dialect spoken, citizenship, creed, sex age, marital status, family status, criminal
record, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation political affiliation or union membership. Complaints under this
section are dealt with under the College Policy on Discrimination/Harassment."
3. "All students of the college are responsible for maintaining and promoting an environment that is free of discrimination
and harassment and promptly reporting any incidents that they believe to be acts of Discrimination to the Resolution, Equity
and Diversity Center.
